Gone Forever?
Sometimes I wonder if having Micah has made me lose my brain. I have lost the ability to speak. I can't think of words in conversations. When I was talking with my OBGYN the other day, I had to describe an epidural because I couldn't think of the word. Will my brain ever come back?!
back to the word epidural- the doc said that mine didn't work...I wondered why it hurt so bad and why other friends said all they felt was "pressure". I got some satisfaction when we cleared that up.

I felt a whole lot more than "pressure" also... but they told me that was normal. That all an epidural is supposed to do is take away contraction pain, not pushing pain.... I even was in pain from them putting the catheder in the whole time.

tiffany- found this article interesting...i have talked to a few different women that said they didn't feel anything with the epidural so I guess it is hard to know for sure.
