Winter Blues

Considering we have been dumped with snow by three different storms or "blizzards" I have a little bit of time to do some crafting. I thought this hat looked hard to do- but it was easy! Even the pom-poms were easy!

My mom and dad got me sewing stuff for Christmas so I wanted to do a small project to try it all out. I made a needle case for my knitting needles and I am impressed by how well it turned out. I inherited a few knitting needles from my Grammy but I need to start buying more so that I have all of the sizes I need.

I have to mention that the reason why I wanted to knit and sew in the first place was because my Grandmother has always been able to make such great things! I hope one day I can be as good as she is. Hopefully I have the patience to learn!
